Key Responsibilities

Translate English source content into impeccable Hebrew, ensuring not just linguistic accuracy but also cultural appropriateness and stylistic consistency across all materials.
Perform comprehensive copy editing and proofreading of Hebrew content, checking meticulously for grammar, spelling, punctuation, clarity, and adherence to established brand voice guidelines.
Work dynamically across a diverse range of content types. This includes product user interface strings, detailed user manuals, frequently asked questions (FAQs), knowledge base articles, engaging website copy, vibrant social media posts, compelling email campaigns, and various marketing collateral.
Actively maintain and update glossaries, style guides, and translation memories to ensure maximum consistency and efficiency across all assigned projects.
Collaborate effectively with project managers and fellow linguists, guaranteeing timely delivery of high-quality, polished content.
Offer valuable linguistic feedback and support, contributing to continuous improvement in our content quality and processes.

Requirements

Native-level fluency in Hebrew, with an innate understanding of its cultural intricacies and linguistic subtleties.
Exceptional proficiency in English, capable of understanding complex source texts and translating nuanced meanings.
Proven professional experience as both a translator and a copy editor, specifically working with product, support, and marketing content.
A strong understanding of localization best practices for the Israeli market, ensuring content resonates authentically.
Outstanding grammatical, stylistic, and meticulous proofreading skills in Hebrew.
Familiarity with Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools, such as Trados or MemoQ, and translation memory software.
The ability to work independently, efficiently manage multiple concurrent projects, and consistently meet tight deadlines.
A keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering the highest quality work.
Previous experience with a global technology company or a localization agency is considered a significant advantage.
