Key Responsibilities

As a HealthTech Co-Founder or Head of Growth, your journey will involve deep ownership and execution in building your startup. Your core responsibilities include:

Leading the creation and scaling of your HealthTech venture. This means everything from ideation to market launch and beyond.
Achieving product-market fit within the HealthTech sector, constantly iterating and refining your offering based on user feedback and market demands.
Developing and executing a robust sales and marketing strategy to drive adoption and growth for your innovative product.
Recruiting, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team, drawing on EWOR's vast network of over 50,000 professionals.
Strategically navigating fundraising rounds, working towards securing multi-million euro investments within 12 months, building on EWOR's impressive track record.
Engaging in weekly 1:1 sparring sessions with unicorn founders, leveraging their invaluable insights to accelerate your progress.

Requirements

We are seeking individuals with a profound entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record of ambition. Ideal candidates will possess:

A strong entrepreneurial drive and a burning desire to build a €1B+ company within HealthTech.
Experience in startup environments, ideally with exposure to growth, product, or leadership roles.
A deep understanding of or passion for the HealthTech industry, identifying key trends and opportunities.
Exceptional leadership qualities, capable of inspiring and motivating a team.
Outstanding strategic thinking and execution abilities, ready to tackle complex challenges.
