At ISTA Personnel Solutions, we are teaming up with a fast-growing US-based provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to find a dedicated Healthcare Recruiter. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity that allows you to work from the comfort of your home office while connecting with talented professionals in the United States. You will serve as the primary ambassador for our client, guiding candidates through an engaging journey from their very first application all the way through the onboarding process. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based ABA therapy positions.
• Source active and passive candidates using various job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Sell the career opportunity to prospective hires and get them genuinely excited about joining the team.
• Conduct thorough initial screenings and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers.
• Facilitate a smooth and organized onboarding process for all newly hired staff.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring pipelines using our internal tracking systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role.
• Strong understanding of or experience within the healthcare staffing sector is a major plus.
• Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, dynamic, and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work US Eastern Standard Time hours, specifically Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM South African Standard Time.
• Willingness to work on South African public holidays with appropriate compensation in line with the BCEA.
• A reliable fixed fiber internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download, plus the capacity to support a wired connection.
