Overview

As our Healthcare Operations Manager, you will step into a highly accountable, full time role, crucial for the continuous operation of our telemedicine services. You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing a distributed team of Nurse Practitioners across the United States, ensuring seamless provider coverage for our round the clock, year round operation. This is a position for someone who is self directed, proactive, and comfortable taking full ownership of their responsibilities, operating Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST, with the understanding that our operation is 24/7 and requires a responsive manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate remote Nurse Practitioners located across the United States.
Hold healthcare providers accountable for their scheduled shifts, ensuring attendance, responsiveness, and all operational commitments are met.
Oversee provider scheduling and manage staffing levels to guarantee appropriate coverage across our 24/7 telemedicine operation.
Collaborate closely with various stakeholders including vendors, providers, facilities, and the internal clinical team.
Maintain accurate operational data and records related to provider activity, schedules, and compliance.

Requirements

Proven experience in healthcare operations management, specifically with remote clinical or provider teams.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and hold healthcare professionals accountable for their performance and commitments.
Expertise in developing and managing complex staffing schedules to ensure consistent 24/7 operational coverage.
Exceptional organizational skills, a decisive approach to problem solving, and keen attention to detail.
A truly self starter who is proactive, takes full ownership of tasks, and consistently follows through without prompting.
Comfortable working independently, requiring minimal direct supervision to achieve outstanding results.
Prior experience within a telemedicine or virtual care environment is a significant advantage.
