Key Responsibilities

Prospect into select greenfield accounts by targeting key lines of business and decision-making personas.
Execute a disciplined sales process, including value selling and MEDDPICC methodologies.
Drive a high level of discipline around pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
Develop and present comprehensive ROI-focused solutions that address specific customer pain points and business objectives.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and long-term customer success.
Deliver high-impact, executive-level presentations showcasing our core value proposition and tangible business outcomes.

Requirements

At least 8 years of dedicated experience selling contact center and agentic AI solutions specifically to the healthcare vertical.
Proven track record of targeting and penetrating large organizations with 250 or more contact center agents.
Exceptional ability to build a robust pipeline of net-new business from scratch.
Mastery of modern sales frameworks and consultative solution selling techniques.
