Our unique approach pairs each member with an expert coach who truly gets to know them, understanding their aspirations and leveraging their health data. We craft a healthier life around these insights, initially rooted in fitness, but now expanding into a comprehensive, coaching-led health experience. This experience integrates movement, nutrition, sleep, and recovery, utilizing real clinical data to build precise, custom protocols for our members. Our offering continuously evolves, and we seek dedicated coaches eager to help shape its future. This is a full-time, independent contractor (1099) role, fully remote and open to candidates worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage a diverse caseload of members, guiding each individual from their initial onboarding through their personalized progress milestones.
Act as a true partner to your members, fostering an environment of empowerment and collaboration rather than simply prescribing solutions. You'll draw out their intrinsic motivation and help them discover their own path to sustainable health.
Develop and adapt customized health protocols that integrate movement, nutrition, sleep and recovery strategies, informed by member goals and clinical data.
Provide consistent support and accountability, helping members overcome challenges and celebrate successes on their journey towards improved performance, resilience, and overall healthspan.
Contribute to the evolution of Future's coaching methodology and platform, offering insights and feedback to enhance our member experience and program efficacy.
Maintain accurate records of member progress and interactions within our proprietary system.

Requirements

Certified Health Coach: Hold a nationally recognized health coaching certification (e.g., NBHWC, ACE, NASM, Precision Nutrition, or equivalent).
Proven Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in 1:1 health coaching, guiding clients through significant behavior change related to fitness, nutrition, sleep, or recovery.
Deep Understanding: Solid knowledge of behavior change science, human physiology, nutrition principles, and effective recovery strategies.
Exceptional Communication: Possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and motivate diverse individuals.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital platforms for coaching, data interpretation, and client management.
Self-Motivated & Organized: Thrive in an independent contractor role, managing your caseload and time effectively within a remote work environment.
Empathetic and Adaptable: Ability to meet members where they are, showing genuine understanding and tailoring approaches to individual needs and preferences.
Reliable Home Setup: Access to a stable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and appropriate technology for video calls and platform use.
