The Role

The Head, Regulatory and Corporate Governance will act as a key strategic advisor to the Board and Executive Management. You will be responsible for:

Leading the development and execution of strategies regarding corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and sustainability.
Ensuring total adherence to industry codes, legal requirements, and best practices.
Driving a culture of transparency, ethical conduct, and accountability across the entire organization.
Managing high-level stakeholder engagement with regulatory bodies to protect the company's operational interests.
Acting as a guardian of the company’s data protection and risk management frameworks.

Candidate Profile

This leadership position demands a high degree of maturity and strategic foresight. To be considered, you should possess:

A Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related social science field.
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years served in a comparable leadership role.
Proven expertise in corporate administration, strategic planning, and policy formulation.
Additional experience in legal and regulatory stakeholder management is considered a distinct advantage.
