Overview

ActAI is on a mission to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organizing, and workflows with minimal to zero prompting. We are building AI-native applications for the over 5 billion users who currently rely on basic, non-AI tools. As our Head of Technical Recruiting, you will play a pivotal role in realizing this vision. You will own our global technical recruiting function and be responsible for building the exceptional engineering and AI teams essential for our scaling and success. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

You will take full ownership of all technical hiring across ActAI. This includes critical areas such as AI/ML, backend development, infrastructure, web and mobile technologies, and engineering leadership roles.
Develop and implement the overarching technical recruiting strategy. This involves defining team structure, establishing clear hiring priorities, and creating an efficient operating cadence to consistently meet our ambitious company hiring goals.
Lead the charge personally on searches for our most critical and senior technical positions, ensuring we attract top-tier talent.

Requirements

Demonstrable track record of success leading technical recruiting functions, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
Extensive experience scaling engineering and AI/ML teams globally.
Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize comprehensive technical recruiting strategies.
Exceptional leadership qualities, with the capacity to mentor and grow a high-performing recruiting team.
Deep understanding of the AI and engineering talent landscape, including sourcing strategies and market compensation trends.
Superb communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with hiring managers and senior leadership.
Experience building and leading remote-first recruiting operations is highly valued.
