Job Purpose

The Head of Sales & Marketing will spearhead the company's overarching sales and marketing initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving aggressive revenue growth, uncovering new business opportunities, nurturing enduring customer relationships, and ensuring the firm achieves its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement robust annual, quarterly, and monthly sales and marketing strategies aligned with overarching business goals and revenue targets.
Drive the successful achievement of sales, revenue, profitability, and market share targets across all branches, outlets, and channels.
Identify and cultivate lucrative new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and distribution channels.
Lead high-level negotiations and close significant sales contracts and corporate accounts.
Recruit, mentor, coach, and elevate a high-performing Sales and Marketing team by setting clear KPIs and implementing motivation programs.
Oversee CRM activities, guarantee stellar customer relationship management, and monitor the sales pipeline.
Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, outdoor, and experiential channels.
Conduct thorough market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer research to support data-driven business growth.
Collaborate seamlessly with Operations, Finance, HR, and other internal departments to optimize service delivery.
Prepare and present strategic reports, forecasts, budgets, and recommendations directly to the Managing Director.
