Key Responsibilities

Define and execute a bold product vision across accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cutting edge AI analytics platforms.
Partner closely with engineering, design, and executive leadership to translate complex financial workflows into delightfully simple user experiences.
Conduct deep customer research to understand the daily pain points of service businesses and translate those insights into high impact features.
Drive the full product lifecycle from initial ideation and prototyping to launch, measurement, and continuous iteration.
Establish clear product metrics and champion a culture of data informed decision making across the entire team.

Requirements

Extensive product leadership experience building and scaling complex B2B SaaS platforms, ideally within fintech, accounting, or enterprise tech.
A strong technical background with the ability to reason through complex architectural decisions and AI integrations alongside top tier engineers.
Obsessive customer empathy and a proven track record of talking to users to uncover unarticulated needs.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align cross functional teams and rally stakeholders around a shared vision.
