Overview

Help Scout has operated as a fully remote team since day one with more than 120 teammates spread all over the world. In this role, you will lead our growth and monetization product initiatives. You will take complete ownership of the funnel, experiment rapidly, and help us scale our impact while keeping the craft and quality our customers love intact. This is a worldwide, fully remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the product strategy and execution for all growth, conversion, and monetization loops.
Partner closely with design, engineering, and marketing to ship experiments and learn quickly.
Optimize the entire customer journey from initial discovery to long term retention and expansion.
Balance rapid deployment with meticulous attention to detail and craft.
Use data-driven insights combined with deep customer empathy to identify new revenue opportunities.

Requirements

Extensive experience leading growth and monetization product teams within the SaaS industry.
