Key Responsibilities

Lead and scale the global planning organization, defining our inventory strategy across apparel, home goods, and accessories.
Partner closely with our manufacturing partners and merchandising teams to optimize supply chain flows and prevent stockouts.
Build advanced forecasting models utilizing our proprietary technology and analytics infrastructure.
Drive open-to-buy processes, inventory health metrics, and margin optimization strategies.
Mentor and develop a high-performing team of planners while fostering a culture of ownership and innovation.

Requirements

Extensive leadership experience in retail planning, inventory management, or supply chain strategy.
Deep understanding of direct-to-consumer or manufacturer-to-consumer business models.
Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of scaling inventory operations for fast-growing brands.
Strong background in leveraging data science, AI, or advanced analytics to solve complex supply chain challenges.
