Overview

As the Head of OT Practice, you will lead the strategic development and flawless execution of Fortinet's Operational Technology security motion across the United States. You will work in close alignment with our Global Head of OT Practice and the US Head of Sales to ensure our strategies are both globally consistent and locally impactful. The initial focus of this pivotal role involves replicating proven best practices from other regions, meticulously operationalizing our global OT strategy within the US market, and driving consistent execution across our sales, systems engineering, services, and partner ecosystems. As you deliver tangible results and achieve key milestones, the scope and ownership of your role will naturally expand, offering immense potential for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Execute the US OT go to market strategy, ensuring full alignment with global OT direction and US sales leadership.
Operationalize existing OT best practices, playbooks, and reference architectures across all US regions.
Act as the senior OT subject matter leader for US sales teams, systems engineers, partners, and key customers.
Support strategic OT opportunities and engage in executive level customer discussions and presentations.
Enable and educate US sales and technical teams on effective OT positioning, relevant use cases, and comprehensive Fortinet solutions.
Partner closely with sales leadership to enhance pipeline quality, accelerate deal progression, and refine forecasting accuracy.
Provide structured feedback from the field to inform product development, strategy refinement, and market approaches.

Requirements

Extensive proven leadership experience in Operational Technology (OT) security, industrial control systems (ICS), or closely related fields.
Deep understanding of OT environments, common industrial protocols, and the unique cybersecurity challenges within these critical infrastructures.
Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and successfully execute go to market strategies.
Significant experience in a customer facing role, effectively supporting sales and technical teams in complex environments.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging at all organizational levels.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic, remote, and globally distributed team environment.
Familiarity with Fortinet's comprehensive suite of security solutions is a distinct advantage.
