Overview

This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity open to qualified professionals in the United States and worldwide. As the Head of Finance, you will build and own the finance function from the ground up. You will manage everything from daily cash flow management and month-end closes to complex inventory forecasting, debt management, and investor readiness. It is a sleeves-rolled-up position for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys driving both high-level strategy and daily execution.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain daily finance dashboards and live cash flow models covering revenue, spend, cash position, contribution margin, purchase order schedules, and debt.
Own the complete financial cycle including month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and tax coordination.
Manage inventory accounting and optimize working capital associated with rapid product scaling.
Partner directly with founders to evaluate business decisions, pricing strategies, and profitability metrics.
Prepare financial packages and forecasts to ensure the company remains fully investor-ready.

Requirements

Extensive experience leading finance functions, ideally within high-growth DTC, e-commerce, or retail brands.
Deep expertise in cash flow modeling, inventory management, and unit economics.
Comfort working in a hands-on capacity where you build the processes yourself while also advising leadership at a strategic level.
Exceptional analytical skills paired with strong communication abilities to present financial data clearly.
