We are looking for our next Head of Education to drive forward our Recruiting Operations Consulting, Academy, and Product Enablement functions. You will step in and lead a talented, motivated team, helping us build a unified educational strategy that truly serves our customers and empowers our go-to-market teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Unify our Recruiting Operations Consulting, Academy, and Product Enablement functions under a single, cohesive educational vision.
- Scale our public-facing content and digital programs to meet customers at every stage of their journey, from new recruiting managers to heads of talent.
- Deliver deep operational expertise through our RecOps Consulting team for customers who need advanced guidance beyond standard product support.
- Partner with go-to-market teams internally to improve how we train, demo, and showcase the value of Ashby.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading customer education, enablement, or consulting functions in a fast-paced technology environment.
- A strong track record of building and executing scalable educational strategies and public-facing academy programs.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of coaching and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Deep empathy for customers and a passion for operational excellence in the recruiting space.
