As a core member of the Chief Technology & Innovation Office (CTIO), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our technology infrastructure remains robust, efficient, and forward-thinking.
The Role
In this high-impact role, you will lead the operational management and service delivery governance of Ntel’s technology stack. You will bridge the gap between complex engineering projects and business-as-usual operations, ensuring that every deployment is reliable, scalable, and customer-centric.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Operations: Lead the Network Operations Centre (NOC) and ensure proactive monitoring of network health and performance.
- Governance & Compliance: Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and robust service management frameworks, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Service Assurance: Monitor end-to-end service quality and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across the board.
- Technology Mobilisation: Spearhead the TMO to facilitate seamless transitions from project implementation to operational support.
- Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with technology partners and service providers to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a candidate with a strong technical background and a proven track record in high-stakes operational environments:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
- Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years in telecommunications operations or managed services, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of mobile, fixed, and enterprise telecom operations in multi-vendor environments.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and lead large-scale operational improvement programmes.
