Overview

As our new Guidewire Application Developer, you will play a vital role in delivering powerful configuration, integration, and customization across the entire Guidewire InsuranceSuite including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter, along with modern Guidewire Cloud environments. You will dive right into hands on Gosu development, design seamless integrations, configure product models, and support critical Guidewire Cloud upgrades. Working hand in hand with business analysts and subject matter experts, you will ensure our clients receive reliable, high performance insurance platform features every single time.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test complex configurations and integrations across Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
Write clean and efficient Gosu code to fulfill custom business logic and system requirements.
Build robust integration points connecting Guidewire applications with external third party systems and legacy databases.
Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and quality assurance teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
Participate actively in Guidewire Cloud upgrade initiatives, ensuring data integrity and system stability.
Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and resolve defects efficiently during testing and production phases.

Requirements

Six or more years of hands on software development experience with at least several years dedicated specifically to the Guidewire InsuranceSuite.
Strong mastery of Gosu programming, Guidewire configuration, and integration frameworks.
Proven background working with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter in enterprise production environments.
Familiarity with Guidewire Cloud standards and modern cloud architecture principles.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
Open to U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, and H-1B transfer candidates currently residing in the United States.
