Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand GTM hiring needs and strategic objectives.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates for critical Go-To-Market roles across sales, marketing, business development, and customer success.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach and screening to offer negotiation and closing.
Craft compelling job descriptions and candidate outreach messages that effectively convey ElevenLabs' unique value proposition.
Build strong, diverse pipelines of qualified candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Act as a brand ambassador for ElevenLabs, passionately communicating our culture, vision, and growth opportunities to prospective hires.
Provide data-driven insights and market intelligence to inform recruiting strategies and talent decisions.
Continuously refine and improve our GTM recruiting processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Proven experience as a GTM Recruiter, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth technology or AI company.
Demonstrated success in recruiting for a variety of Go-To-Market roles, including B2B sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success professionals.
Exceptional sourcing skills, utilizing a diverse range of platforms and creative outreach methods.
Strong interviewing and assessment abilities, capable of evaluating both technical skills and cultural fit.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport quickly with candidates and hiring teams.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fully remote, global team setting.
High level of empathy and discretion, ensuring a positive and respectful experience for all candidates.
