Overview

As our Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our multi channel demand campaigns. You will report directly to the Growth Marketing Manager and take full ownership of building, launching, and refining campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, webinars, events, and our website. We are currently building our demand foundations from the ground up, meaning you will have massive room to experiment, test, and make a tangible impact right away.

Key Responsibilities

Build, launch, and optimize hands-on demand generation campaigns across paid search, paid social, and digital channels.
Partner closely with Marketing Operations to ensure every campaign is automated, accurately tracked, and primed for maximum conversion.
Manage end-to-end execution for email nurture flows, webinar cadences, and community initiatives.
Monitor daily performance metrics and proactively tweak campaigns to boost ROI and hit growth targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to align messaging and scale what works best.

Requirements

Proven experience executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
A hands-on, execution-first mindset with a deep love for testing, learning, and optimizing.
Strong familiarity with marketing automation, tracking tools, and analytics.
