Overview

As our new Growth Manager, you will be the driving force behind our enterprise expansion. You will take the reins on our go-to-market execution, combining deep account research with creative outreach to spark meaningful conversations. Your insights will directly influence how we position Cortex in a fast-moving industry.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end growth strategy and execution across priority ideal customer profiles, handling everything from account research and market mapping to outbound initiatives and performance tracking.
Interpret real-time market signals, company triggers, and buyer priorities to craft messaging that connects our AI solutions with high-value opportunities.
Lead innovative go-to-market initiatives, including the development of event strategies, campaign narratives, and thematic market research.
Partner directly with leadership on high-value accounts, strategic partnerships, and brand-new growth experiments.
Analyze top-of-funnel performance metrics constantly, iterating on your strategies to improve effectiveness and drive higher conversion rates.

Requirements

Proven track record of driving successful go-to-market or growth strategies in a fast-paced environment, preferably within B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.
