Overview of the Role

This is not a traditional brand or event management position. Positioned right at the intersection of product development, growth engineering, and regional business strategy, you will take ownership of OKX's regional expansion. Your mission is to dive deep into our Centralized Finance (CeFi) product suite, identify untapped market opportunities, and turn analytical insights into sustainable user growth. Working from anywhere across the globe, you will orchestrate campaigns and product initiatives that directly impact trading volume, market share, and brand trust.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day focus will center on driving measurable regional expansion through several key initiatives

Design and execute data-backed growth strategies tailored specifically to regional user behaviors across Northeast Asia.
Partner with global product and engineering squads to optimize user onboarding funnels, retention mechanics, and product adoption.
Monitor market movements, regulatory developments, and competitor moves to unearth high-impact growth channels.
Lead localized go-to-market launches for new trading features, structured earn products, and wallet integrations.
Experiment rapidly with user acquisition loops, affiliate frameworks, and community incentives while tracking clear ROI metrics.
Serve as the voice of Northeast Asian users, providing actionable regional feedback directly into the global product roadmap.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates who bring a solid blend of analytical acumen and regional market familiarity

Extensive background in product marketing, growth leadership, or business development within crypto, fintech, or electronic trading.
Deep understanding of CeFi ecosystems, including spot trading, derivatives, staking, and wealth management tools.
Profound cultural and market understanding of Northeast Asian crypto communities and user preferences.
Proven track record of taking complex financial products and driving measurable adoption through user-centric funnels.
Exceptional quantitative analysis skills, with the ability to interpret raw data and build actionable growth models independently.
Fluency in English alongside native proficiency in relevant regional languages such as Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin.
