Key Responsibilities

As our Group Product Manager, AI-Native Data Warehouse, you will be instrumental in the following areas:

Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Juniper Square's AI-native data warehouse, ensuring seamless alignment with our overarching product and company goals.
Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering their professional growth and guiding them in delivering truly impactful solutions that resonate with our customers.
Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate intricate technical requirements into clear, actionable product specifications and user stories.
Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes to proactively identify novel opportunities for data innovation within private markets.
Establish and analyze key metrics to rigorously measure product success, iterate on features, and drive continuous improvement across the platform.
Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and results to diverse stakeholders throughout the organization, influencing strategic decisions at every level.
Serve as a subject matter expert on data warehousing, advanced AI applications, and their profound strategic impact on the landscape of financial technology.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will bring a compelling blend of experience and expertise:

Eight or more years of experience in product management, with a significant portion dedicated to data platforms, data warehousing, AI/ML infrastructure, or complex enterprise SaaS solutions.
Proven experience leading and mentoring product teams as a Group Product Manager or in a similar product leadership capacity.
A strong technical understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, modern cloud data technologies (such as Snowflake or Databricks), and core machine learning concepts.
Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategy from initial conception through successful launch, consistently driving measurable business outcomes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex technical and business concepts with clarity and persuasion to diverse audiences.
A strategic mindset with a customer-centric approach and an unwavering passion for solving the most challenging problems.
Experience within FinTech or the private equity markets will be considered a significant advantage.
