Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary subject matter expert and technical authority leading our comprehensive privacy and security GRC programs.
Build, mature, and scale GRC frameworks entirely from the ground up tailored to a high growth fintech and SaaS ecosystem.
Establish a clear multi-year strategic direction for how we manage GRC investments specifically as our artificial intelligence capabilities expand.
Partner closely with engineering, product, and legal teams to weave privacy and security best practices into every layer of our product lifecycle.
Navigate high ambiguity with total confidence while driving meaningful compliance outcomes that protect our clients and our platform.

Requirements

Extensive hands-on experience building and maturing GRC programs at a fast-paced SaaS or fintech company.
Deep subject matter expertise in data privacy regulations and security compliance frameworks.
A proven ability to operate with high autonomy and minimal oversight in ambiguous environments.
Strong strategic vision with the capability to forecast multi-year security and privacy investments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
