This is why we need a Global Talent Acquisition Lead who operates like a growth architect rather than a standard recruiter. You will design the engine, adopt the best AI powered tools, coach a high performing recruitment team, and scale our presence across international markets. This role is fully remote and open to exceptional professionals anywhere in the world.

In this role, you will take full ownership of our talent engine. You will step into a fast moving deep tech environment where agility and modern tooling decide who wins top tier talent. Instead of relying on legacy recruitment playbooks, you will integrate modern automation and intelligent sourcing workflows to make hiring predictable, fast, and remarkably sharp. Working closely with executive leadership, you will serve as a strategic partner who translates business goals into concrete hiring roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

Your day to day focus will span several strategic and tactical areas

Architect and implement a scalable global talent acquisition strategy that supports our aggressive headcount goals.
Lead, mentor, and expand an internal talent acquisition team into a high velocity recruitment unit.
Integrate modern AI tools, predictive analytics, and automated sourcing platforms to speed up pipeline development.
Partner directly with department heads to understand technical requirements, organizational gaps, and commercial impact.
Establish robust hiring metrics, clean dashboards, and performance indicators that turn recruitment into a predictable science.
Ensure prospective candidates receive a prompt, professional, and transparent experience from initial contact to offer.

Requirements

We are searching for an experienced talent leader who brings the following background

Proven track record leading talent acquisition in fast growth technology or deep tech companies.
Direct experience scaling distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones.
Demonstrated ability to adopt and embed AI sourcing software and recruitment automation into everyday workflows.
Deep familiarity with recruitment analytics, data visualization, and pipeline dashboards.
Strong leadership capability with a history of mentoring and developing recruiting talent.
Superb communication skills and the confidence to influence executive decision making.
