Overview

As our new Global Recruitment Consultant, you will bridge the gap between ambitious client leads and top tier global talent. You will own the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish. If you enjoy building relationships, hunting for hidden talent gems, and driving business growth through strategic hiring, you will fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development by following up with incoming client leads and expanding our market reach.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to craft compelling job advertisements for current openings.
Publish and refresh job postings across GVW career pages, major job boards, and social networks like LinkedIn.
Implement and champion employee referral programs while actively sourcing new candidates through online channels and professional portfolios.
Screen resumes and applications, keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
Prepare polished CVs for client submission and conduct virtual interviews across various hiring stages.
Evaluate candidates using structured interviews and relevant pre employment skills tests.
Report regularly to hiring and HR managers on the status of open positions and answer candidate inquiries with warmth and professionalism.

Requirements

We are looking for a proactive communicator with a strong background in recruitment or sales. You should be completely comfortable navigating virtual interview platforms and online professional networks. Strong organizational skills, a knack for evaluating talent, and the ability to manage client relationships with ease are essential for this role.
