Key Responsibilities

Manage end to end payroll implementations specifically for Germany, ensuring absolute compliance with local regulations.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their payroll structures, address complex inquiries, and guide them smoothly through the onboarding journey.
Partner with our internal engineering and product teams to integrate automation and AI capabilities into daily payroll workflows.
Maintain meticulous documentation and uphold our highest standards of data security and operational excellence.

Requirements

Extensive, hands on payroll experience working within a dedicated client payroll environment.
Deep, up to date knowledge of German payroll legislation, tax laws, and statutory requirements.
Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport with international clients and cross functional teammates.
A proactive, problem solving mindset and comfort working in a fast paced, asynchronous remote setting.
