Overview

As our new Global Indirect Tax Manager, you will take ownership of critical pieces of our US and international indirect tax operations. This means getting hands on with US sales and use tax, VAT, and GST. You will work side by side with different business units, turning dense tax regulations into clear choices and scalable processes. Reporting directly to the International Tax Senior Manager, you will help us scale our indirect tax function as a public company.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end to end US state and local sales and use tax compliance, research, and audits.
Oversee global VAT and GST obligations, registrations, and filings across multiple international jurisdictions.
Partner with product, engineering, and finance teams to ensure new commercial offerings are correctly taxed from day one.
Improve and automate existing tax processes to handle rapid business growth smoothly.
Translate complex tax requirements into practical guidance for non tax stakeholders.

Requirements

Solid years of experience managing US and international indirect tax in a fast paced corporate environment or top tier accounting firm.
Deep knowledge of transaction tax systems and ERP environments like NetSuite or SAP.
Ability to explain tricky tax concepts to people who do not speak tax.
A collaborative spirit that values human connections and open communication.
Comfort working independently in a fully remote, global work environment.
