Overview
As our new Global Benefits Manager, you will sit right at the heart of our People and Culture team. Your mission is to make sure our benefits are competitive, fully compliant, and deeply aligned with what our employees actually need. You will team up with finance leaders, regional experts, and top-tier brokers to build a modern, scalable strategy that keeps health, wellbeing, and the overall employee experience front and center.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of our global benefits strategy spanning health, retirement, wellbeing, and leave programs.
- Establish global guiding principles and minimum standards while making room for smart local market customizations.
- Keep a close eye on emerging market trends and employee feedback to keep our offerings fresh and relevant.
- Oversee end-to-end administration and drive the harmonization of benefits programs so they scale smoothly as we grow.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-country benefits portfolios across regions like the US, UK, India, and APAC.
- A data-driven mindset with a strong ability to partner with finance and business leaders to optimize program costs and impact.
- Deep understanding of global compliance requirements, broker management, and modern wellbeing trends.
