Key Responsibilities

Lead customer implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring the very first milestone of client success is met.
Conduct thorough information gathering sessions to understand client needs and map out successful deployment strategies.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, guiding them smoothly through the digital transformation journey.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to align project deliverables with client expectations and company goals.

Requirements

Proven experience in project management, implementation, or customer success roles.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Fluency in Portuguese is essential given the nature of our current market operations.
