We are searching for compassionate Registered Nurses residing in Germany, holding an active German RN license. You will provide essential professional support to patients and healthcare professionals on behalf of one of our esteemed international clients within the medical field. This unique opportunity allows you to work entirely from home, delivering exceptional care after completing a thorough, paid training program designed to equip you with all the necessary tools and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

In this vital role, you will:

Expertly resolve inquiries: Address customer questions, complaints, and requests, providing accurate technical or clinical information while always operating within your defined scope of practice.
Serve as a clinical contact: Act as a primary telecare point of contact for patients, clinical staff, and our internal team members, offering guidance and support.
Support escalations: Provide crucial assistance when needed, taking on escalations from the Level 1 Technical Services team.
Uphold standards: Diligently follow all environmental, health, and safety protocols to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you will need:

Active German RN License: An absolute must have, demonstrating your full qualifications to practice in Germany.
Location in Germany: You must currently reside in Germany to fulfill licensing requirements.
Clinical Experience: Prior experience as a Registered Nurse, bringing practical knowledge to a telecare setting.
Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally with patients and colleagues.
Technical Proficiency: Comfort with computer systems and virtual communication tools, essential for a remote role.
