Job Title: Generative AI Engineer
Location: 100% Remote (Work from anywhere globally)
Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2
Salary Range: $90,000 to $115,000 Annually
Experience Required: 6+ years

Key Responsibilities

As our Generative AI Engineer, you will play a central role in advancing our capabilities. Your primary focus involves designing, skillfully executing, and robustly operationalizing fine-tuning workflows for large language models. This work will span a range of advanced methodologies including supervised learning, preference-based learning, and reinforcement learning approaches. You will be responsible for creating careful dataset constructions, developing rigorous evaluation methodologies, and applying an unwavering engineering discipline to operate complex training pipelines with utmost reliability.

Requirements

A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in a related field.
Demonstrable deep practical experience with modern training stacks for machine learning models.
Proven expertise in careful dataset construction and preparation.
A strong background in developing and applying rigorous evaluation methodologies.
