Overview
As our General Manager, you will act as the ultimate business owner. You will operate globally with a remote team representing over twenty nationalities. We do not count hours here because we follow our passion for building next generation financial tools. You will lead the charge in making advanced wealth management accessible to everyone rather than keeping it exclusive for a wealthy few.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete profit and loss statement for the wealth management application and drive sustainable financial growth.
- Lead product development from conception to launch ensuring a seamless mobile experience for users.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a world class cross functional team distributed across the globe.
- Define the go to market strategy and scale the user base rapidly across target regions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align product roadmaps with company vision.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in general management, product leadership, or entrepreneurship within the fintech or wealth management space.
- Demonstrated track record of owning a P&L and scaling digital products from the ground up.
- Deep passion for financial inclusion and disrupting traditional banking and investment models.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a fully remote, diverse team.
- Relentless drive, curiosity, and a bias for action over maintaining the status quo.
