BJAK began in 2019 with a clear mission: to provide smarter ways for people to plan, save, and grow their money. We launched as the first mobile-first insurance platform, quickly becoming a leader across Southeast Asia. This General Manager position is a critical step in our journey, focusing on a brand new wealth management application designed to redefine how people interact with their investments. Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities in this pivotal role will involve:

Full Business Ownership: You will lead the entire wealth management app business, taking complete ownership of its Profit & Loss (P&L) and strategic growth trajectory.
Product Vision & Execution: Drive the end-to-end product strategy, development, and launch, ensuring a market-leading, user-centric experience.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, cross-functional team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
Market & Competitive Analysis: Identify market opportunities, understand user needs, and position our product effectively against competitors to achieve sustained growth.
Operational Excellence: Oversee all operational aspects, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and compliance with relevant financial regulations.
Growth & User Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies for user acquisition, engagement, and retention, driving key performance indicators for the app.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with various internal teams, including technology, marketing, legal, and compliance, to align on business objectives and deliver results.

Requirements

We are seeking a leader with a proven track record. Ideal candidates will demonstrate expertise in:

Extensive experience in a leadership role, preferably as a General Manager, Head of Product, or similar, within the FinTech or Wealth Management industry.
Demonstrated success in managing a business P&L, driving revenue growth, and achieving strategic objectives.
Strong product management background with a history of launching and scaling successful digital products, ideally in financial services.
Experience building and leading diverse, high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
An entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and a deep understanding of business development from concept to market.
