We are creating an intelligent, AI powered private bank tailored specifically for companies generating between 3 million and 200 million dollars in revenue. Since opening our doors in late 2023, we have scaled from scratch to a nine figure annualized run rate, backed by over 400 million dollars in equity and debt financing. Now, we are searching for an exceptional General Manager to lead our Venture and Private Equity division. This is a fully remote, worldwide leadership role where you will build and scale a critical business line from the ground up.

As the General Manager of Venture and Private Equity, you will own the strategy, distribution, and overall performance of products serving fund managers, portfolio companies, and high net worth investment partners. You will step into a high velocity environment that demands extreme ownership, strategic depth, and hands on commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities

In this leadership position, you will drive the entire vertical forward across several key areas.

Define and execute the multi year commercial roadmap for our venture capital and private equity ecosystem.
Spearhead partnerships with top tier venture funds, private equity firms, accelerators, and portfolio executives.
Direct cross functional initiatives spanning product design, risk assessment, credit underwriting, and legal compliance.
Build, mentor, and lead a world class team of operators, relationship managers, and business development leads.
Analyze unit economics, pipeline conversion, and customer lifetime value to ensure rapid, profitable growth.
Represent Flex as a visible thought leader in the modern banking, venture, and private equity spaces.

Requirements

We are seeking an ambitious operator who thrives under autonomy and high expectations.

Extensive track record leading business units, venture partnerships, or fund banking initiatives.
Deep working relationships across top venture capital networks, private equity sponsors, and growth stage founders.
Proven capability to manage a complex P and L while hitting aggressive commercial targets.
Demonstrated ability to move between high level strategic planning and granular operational troubleshooting.
Strong grasp of financial technology architecture, modern underwriting, and institutional liquidity dynamics.
Exceptional communication skills with a clear, concise, and persuasive style.
