This pivotal role as General Manager for our new Travel FX App places you at the forefront of our expansion. You will be instrumental in launching and scaling a product designed to help people get more from their money every day, globally.

Key Responsibilities

Take complete ownership of the Travel FX App's business, including its profit and loss (P&L) performance, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Define and execute the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring a user-centric and market-leading experience.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth and expand the app's global reach.
Oversee all aspects of the product lifecycle, from initial concept and development to launch, marketing, and post-launch optimization.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to ensure the app remains agile and compliant.
Represent the Travel FX App business internally and externally, communicating its progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders.

Requirements

Proven track record of successfully managing a business unit or product from end to end, with demonstrable P&L responsibility.
Extensive experience in product leadership, ideally within the fintech, travel tech, or a related fast-paced digital industry.
Strong leadership skills, with experience in building, scaling, and managing diverse, high-performing teams.
Deep understanding of financial services, particularly in foreign exchange, payments, or digital banking.
An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and adept at navigating the challenges of a start-up environment within a larger company.
Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills, with a bias for action and results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote, globally distributed team setting.
