Overview

Working closely with a distinguished team known for robust defense strategies, you will manage complex general liability files from initial intake all the way through trial or resolution. The ideal person for this job brings strong analytical skills, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine passion for insurance defense law.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a diverse caseload of general liability matters independently and efficiently.
Draft complex pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and appellate briefs.
Take and defend depositions of plaintiffs, expert witnesses, and corporate representatives.
Appear in court for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial proceedings.
Communicate regularly with insurance carriers and policyholders to provide strategic updates and case evaluations.

Requirements

Active bar admission in good standing.
Solid years of hands on litigation experience focusing on general liability or insurance defense.
Demonstrated track record of handling depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Reliable home office setup to support a fully remote workflow.
