As a Commercial Teammate focused on MSO Reactive support, you will act as the primary point of contact for large merchants and high potential sellers from Greater China. Your mission is to help them navigate daily operational challenges through phone, email, and chat. By collaborating closely with internal business units and trust teams, you will drive seller growth, ensure fast resolutions, and strengthen our bond with the account management group.

Provide top tier support to Greater China high value sellers via phone, email, and chat.
Handle day to day operational issues promptly and efficiently.
