Overview

NetImpact Strategies invites you to become our next Functional Associate (AI Focus), a pivotal role within our dynamic delivery team. You will support Federal clients from anywhere in the world, collaborating closely with Functional Leads, Technical Architects, Product Managers, and software developers. This position centers on translating complex business challenges into clear, actionable functional requirements for innovative AI-enabled modernization projects. We seek a naturally curious, organized, and collaborative individual, someone keen to explore emerging AI technologies and contribute to truly impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Actively participate in requirements gathering sessions, engaging both customers and internal stakeholders.
Meticulously document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and comprehensive business process flows.
Provide essential support to Functional Leads, aiding in backlog management and facilitating various Agile ceremonies.
Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and Quality Assurance teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and implementation proceeds smoothly.
Assist in the configuration and thorough validation of AI-enabled business workflows and overall application functionality.
Help with process documentation, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Familiarity with and experience supporting Agile delivery teams.
