This is a truly unique opportunity to join Frontline Call Center as a Full-Time Call Center Customer Service Agent, serving a critical temporary disaster response project. While this is a fully remote position, offering a worldwide opportunity to contribute your skills, successful candidates must reside in specific eligible states due to project requirements. We need agents who are not only quick to learn but also ready to rapidly onboard and complete training, ensuring we can deploy support swiftly. This project demands responsiveness and adaptability, with shifts available 24 hours a day to meet community needs.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
To ensure eligibility and seamless integration into our vital team, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Residency: You must currently reside in one of the following states: FL, NC, SC, GA, PA, TX, VA.
- Background Check and Client Clearance: All candidates must successfully pass a comprehensive background check. Factors that may lead to disqualification include bankruptcy, recent felony convictions, or unresolved financial obligations such as tax evasion or defaulted federal student loans. Final eligibility decisions are made by our client's background screening process.
- Availability: Be prepared for a rapid onboarding process and capable of completing all training requirements within tight deadlines. All shifts are available across a 24-hour schedule.
- System and Environment: Success in this role requires a quiet, distraction-free working environment. Your personal laptop or desktop must meet specific technical standards:
- Dual Monitors are mandatory.
- A Windows 11 based PC (Macs and Chrome Books are not compatible).
- Processor [CPU]: Intel Core i5 or higher.
