Many enterprise transformation efforts get stuck in pilot phases, but our approach ensures production systems are actually running, legacy infrastructure is retired, and positive business outcomes are clearly achieved. Our secret weapon is Aedeon, an agent platform designed by Aedeon Inc., Mactores' sister company. Aedeon automates a massive 60-70% of the repetitive work involved in modernization, covering discovery, mapping, validation, and test generation. This frees up our talented engineers to focus on high-value architecture, critical judgment calls, and seamless cutovers. Mactores is Aedeon's primary deployment partner; our field experiences directly shape the platform's evolution, and the platform, in turn, refines our delivery methods.

Aedeon itself is a groundbreaking agent platform for enterprise modernization. It transforms existing business applications, databases, data platforms, rules, and workflows into governed AI agents. These agents are grounded in a persistent Code Intelligence Graph built from the customer's own code and rigorously verified through behavior-equivalence proof. Aedeon is delivered as a product, not a service, operating efficiently even without constant on-site engineer presence. As an intern, you will contribute directly to this innovative product, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in enterprise modernization. Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Product Engineer Intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the Aedeon platform. Your tasks will include:

Developing and implementing new features across the entire stack, from user interfaces to backend services.
Collaborating with product managers and senior engineers on design and architecture decisions.
Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Debugging and resolving issues to ensure platform stability and performance.
Participating in code reviews, offering constructive feedback, and learning from your peers.

Requirements
