Key Responsibilities

Your day to day work will involve several core challenges

Architect, build, and maintain scalable backend systems that handle heavy computational and media processing workloads.
Design resilient APIs and data pipelines that connect generative AI foundational models to interactive applications.
Partner with researchers and product designers to take creative agent features from prototype to production.
Tackle occasional frontend tasks to ensure end-to-end polish and cohesive delivery.
Monitor service reliability, troubleshoot latency spikes, and optimize databases for high-concurrency environments.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will bring a blend of experience and curiosity

Demonstrated professional experience developing distributed backend services and high-scale production systems.
Working knowledge of frontend technologies, enabling you to build or refine web interfaces when needed.
Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases, message brokers, and caching layers.
Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with rapid deployment cycles.
Clear communication skills and the autonomy to drive complex technical projects without constant supervision.
