Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will primarily focus on:

Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance backend services and APIs that power our core AI platforms.
Working closely with AI researchers to integrate cutting-edge models into our production systems, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
Optimizing database schemas and queries, implementing robust data storage solutions.
Building and improving infrastructure for real-time processing and distributed systems.
Collaborating with frontend engineers to define API contracts and ensure seamless integration of user interfaces with backend logic.
Participating in code reviews, contributing to architectural discussions, and mentoring fellow engineers.
Troubleshooting and debugging complex issues across the stack to ensure system stability and performance.
Developing comprehensive unit and integration tests to maintain high code quality and prevent regressions.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who brings a strong blend of technical expertise and a passion for innovation:

Proven professional experience as a Full-Stack Engineer with a strong emphasis on backend development.
Proficiency in at least one modern backend language (e.g., Python, Go, Rust, Java, Node.js) and associated frameworks.
Solid understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL), including design, optimization, and scaling.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
A good grasp of frontend technologies (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) is beneficial, allowing you to effectively communicate and collaborate with frontend teams.
Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to tackle complex technical challenges independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for a remote-first environment.
A genuine interest in artificial intelligence and its applications.
