Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable full-stack applications for ElevenLabs' core advertising and monetization engine.
Implement efficient, high-performance back-end services and APIs that handle ad serving, targeting, reporting, and data processing.
Craft intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces for ad campaign management, performance analytics, and user experience.
Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering teams to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
Integrate with various internal and external ad platforms, payment gateways, and analytics tools.
Optimize system architecture and code for speed, scalability, and reliability in a high-traffic environment.
Ensure the security, privacy, and compliance of advertising data and user information.
Actively participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and contribute to the overall technical direction of the team.

Requirements

Proven professional experience as a Full-Stack Engineer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
Expertise in modern front-end frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular, alongside proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Extensive experience with back-end development using languages such as Python, Go, Node.js, or similar, and experience with RESTful API design.
Solid understanding of database systems, both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies like Docker.
Experience with or a strong interest in advertising technologies, ad servers, or monetization platforms is highly valued.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a knack for building scalable, high-performance systems.
Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote team environment.
A proactive approach to learning new technologies and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
