You are an independent contractor, fully responsible for sourcing your own candidates using your preferred tools, workflows, and networks. Think LinkedIn, targeted outbound outreach, automation, and a robust referral network – whatever method helps you identify and engage top talent. While we handle all client management and the final hiring process, your contribution is critical. You find the talent, submit them through our platform, and earn up to $500 per placement. Our top performers consistently bring home $5,000 to $10,000 every single month. There is no cap on the number of deals you can work, meaning your earning potential is truly limitless. Key Responsibilities

Independently source and identify top tier candidates for a variety of active roles across our client base.
Utilize your preferred sourcing tools and methodologies, including but not limited to LinkedIn, direct outreach, automation software, and personal networks.
Proactively manage your candidate pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified individuals.
Submit thoroughly vetted and highly qualified candidates through the Huzzle platform.
Maintain exceptional standards of candidate quality and fit for each role.
Collaborate effectively with the Huzzle team regarding candidate progress and feedback.

Requirements

Demonstrable strong sourcing capabilities and a proven track record in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Expertise in utilizing various sourcing channels and tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and advanced outreach strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
A highly self motivated, disciplined, and results oriented approach to work.
Ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule and priorities effectively.
Access to your own established sourcing tools and networks.
Experience working in a performance driven, commission based environment is highly advantageous.
