About the Role

As our Fuel Loading and Logistics Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the supply chain process, focusing on the efficient movement and management of AGO/Fuel. You will be responsible for the end-to-end oversight of loading operations, ensuring that all logistics activities meet our rigorous standards for quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management & Reconciliation: Oversee fuel stocks at storage facilities, conduct precise volume reconciliations, and collaborate with finance departments for accurate invoice verification.
Compliance & Safety Monitoring: Champion our commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols. Monitor tank levels and loading safety standards to ensure full regulatory compliance.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze operational data to generate regular reports, identify logistical bottlenecks, and propose innovative solutions to streamline our distribution processes.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain seamless communication between refinery staff, transporters, and regulatory bodies to ensure operational synergy.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or HND from a reputable institution.
A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience within the oil and gas or logistics sector.
Strong understanding of loading operations, safety management systems, and inventory control documentation.
Proven ability to solve complex operational problems and optimize turnaround times.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
