Requirements

Verifiable ITIL certification of at least ITIL4 Foundation level.
Additional background in project management, IT service management, or related fields.
Practical professional experience applying the ITIL framework, ideally as an ITIL4 Specialist or Managing Professional.
Prior teaching experience in adult education paired with strong didactic skills.
