Overview

This role gives you the chance to deliver engaging online lessons when our core team needs temporary support. You will connect with motivated adult learners from diverse backgrounds, guiding them toward success in their IPMA certification. While this is strictly a freelance position for substitute teaching, it offers wonderful flexibility and allows you to work from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, practical, and academically sound lessons following the IPMA framework.
Step in for short- and medium-term teaching assignments to cover scheduled or unexpected absences.
Support and mentor participants throughout their learning journey, answering questions and providing helpful feedback.
Create an interactive and inclusive virtual classroom atmosphere using modern digital tools.

Requirements

A recognized IPMA qualification of at least Level D, ideally complemented by background knowledge in business administration or a related field.
Hands-on professional experience applying the IPMA project management system, with prior training experience as a certified trainer being a strong bonus.
Demonstrated experience in adult education paired with a genuine passion for teaching.
Strong communication skills, empathy, and comfort with modern digital learning platforms.
A high degree of flexibility and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
