You do not need any prior professional software testing experience for this role. If you are comfortable following clear instructions, enjoy exploring mobile applications, and can articulate your observations, then you already have the core skills we are looking for. While Testlio empowers a truly global community of remote testers working from various corners of the world, this specific project seeks talented individuals located in Mexico to contribute their unique perspectives.

Key Responsibilities

Thoroughly follow detailed testing instructions for the Claro Video app.
Execute test cases on specified devices to identify bugs and usability issues.
Provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback on app performance and user experience.
Report any encountered issues and accurately document your findings in English.
Collaborate asynchronously with a global team, sharing insights that drive product improvement.

Requirements

To join our team for this exciting project, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

Age: You must be at least 18 years old.
Location: You need to be physically located in Mexico.
Service Provider: You must have an Infinitum or Telcel plan that includes access to Claro Video. (Many plans include this, and it is often activatable at no extra cost.)
English Proficiency: An intermediate level or higher is essential. You should be confident reading instructions and reporting issues in English.
Devices: Ownership of at least one of these devices is required:
- AppleTV (tvOS 26)
- iPhone 11 and newer models
- iPad, iPad Air, or iPad Pro (iPadOS 26)
- Mac computer (both Intel and Apple Silicon models)
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 computer running a modern web browser
