Key Responsibilities

Take complete ownership of projects, guiding them meticulously from initial brief through to successful completion.
Skillfully manage diverse work streams across multiple channels, embracing social media content, editorial pieces, influencer marketing initiatives, special events, and video production.
Develop detailed timelines, efficiently book and oversee resources, and ensure all agency assets are utilized to their maximum potential.
Accurately scope jobs and craft comprehensive statements of work, setting clear expectations for all stakeholders.
Proactively manage project budgets, diligently reconciling each phase of the job to maintain financial health.
Ensure all work receives necessary sign-offs at appropriate stages, securing approvals from both internal teams and valued clients.
Verify that all project team members submit their timesheets promptly, contributing to precise project actuals and tracking.
Monitor overall account health, including close tracking of project progress, burn rates, budget adherence, and third-party or freelance team management. You'll also develop strategic plans to adjust the team's course as needed.

Requirements

Extensive proven experience in project management, specifically delivering diverse program deliverables and content for digital and social distribution.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving various channels like social media, editorial, influencer campaigns, events, and video production.
Strong proficiency in creating project timelines, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
Expertise in scoping projects, drafting statements of work, and managing budgets with a keen eye for reconciliation.

Experience tracking project financials, including burn rates and team timesheet compliance.
