We are currently looking for a Bilingual Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our VP of Sales and our VP of Operations. This is a versatile, high-impact remote role where you will work hand in hand with senior leadership on everything from process optimization to international expansion. Best of all, this position is fully remote and open to candidates worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the VP of Sales and VP of Operations to manage schedules, communications, and complex day-to-day priorities.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives by bringing structure, clear visibility, and reliable follow-through to every project.
- Handle data reporting, back-office improvements, and operational coordination with meticulous attention to detail.
- Support international expansion efforts by leveraging your bilingual communication skills in English and French.

Requirements
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in both English and French, written and spoken.
- Proven experience providing executive-level support to senior leaders in a remote setting.
